Boddie-Noell Enterprises, a leading Hardee’s franchise, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead and motivate the restaurant team. You will ensure exceptional guest service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness while driving sales growth and profitability.

You will supervise hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluation, partnering with the crew to deliver steady operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• Strong leadership and guest service focus
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards and regulations
• Schedule staffing to meet guest flow while managing labor costs
• Train management and crew; evaluate performance and develop individual improvement plans
• Maintain relationships with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as warranted
• Conduct meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training
• Maintain product quality, inventory, and cash procedures; ensure compliance with policies
