Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, the largest Hardee’s franchisee in the United States, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team and drive sales, quality, service and profitability with a hands-on leadership style.

You will participate in a 7-8 week training program and ongoing development to advance within the management path; a comprehensive benefits package is provided and compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage guest flow; control labor costs.
• Train the management team and crew; evaluate performance and develop improvement plans.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew; provide coaching as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for cash handling and adherence to cash procedures.
• Ensure professional appearance and company policy compliance.
