Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager for Hardee’s. You will lead and develop the restaurant team, drive sales growth, uphold quality, safety, service, and cleanliness, and coach staff to meet company standards.

You will train and develop management and crew, schedule, control labor and food costs, and ensure compliance with regulations. We offer a 7-8 week training, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage labor costs.
• Train the management team and crew using current training system; evaluate performance.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and control food cost variance; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain records per company standards and ensure cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and personal appearance meets standards.
