Boddie-Noell Enterprises, the largest Hardee’s franchisee in the United States, is seeking an outstanding Restaurant General Manager in Washington. You will lead the restaurant team, drive sales growth, and uphold quality, service and cleanliness with a focus on profitability.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program and ongoing development, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within a family-centered, values-driven company.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to meet physical demands.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop talent.
• Pass background check and drug screen; valid driver's license with good record.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends; provide good references.

Responsabilités

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to optimize guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train management and crew; evaluate performance and create development plans.
• Maintain cooperative relations with staff; coach, counsel, and discipline as needed.
• Lead team meetings; oversee procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and food cost variance standards; manage records.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and professional appearance standards are met.
