Charter Foods is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a high-performing team. You will set the tone for service, develop staff, and ensure financial performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and execute training plans.
• Schedule and deploy the Team; address performance issues and resolve customer issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans; lead with strong leadership and clear communication.
