Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the entire restaurant operation, build a strong team, and ensure guests enjoy great food and a friendly experience. You will hire, train, schedule, and manage budgets while upholding high hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of developing people.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of developing people.
• Experience leading restaurant operations and driving customer hospitality.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and training programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead the TEAM to provide great food and a friendly experience.
• Find, hire and develop employees, conduct new hire orientation, and execute the training plan.
• Schedule and deploy the team, address performance issues, and resolve customer concerns.
