Charter Foods is hiring a General Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant operation. You will set the tone for guest hospitality, build and train a strong team, and drive business results across staffing, scheduling, and budgets.

The role requires 18+, 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and solid leadership. A competitive salary with growth opportunities and benefits awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred, but not required).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and lead the TEAM who delivers great food and a friendly guest experience.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and execute training plans for new hires.
• Schedule and deploy the Team; address performance issues and support in resolving customer issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans; demonstrate strong leadership and communication to develop people and build a winning culture.
