Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the operation and drive guest satisfaction. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, hire and train staff, and manage scheduling, performance, and budgets to meet financial goals.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping for 80% of shift.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead a strong team to deliver great food and friendly service.
• Find, hire and develop staff; conduct new hire orienta­tion and implement training plans for new hires.
• Schedule and deploy the team; address performance issues and support issue resolution with customers.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans; drive profitability and cost controls.
