Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the entire operation, build a strong team, and deliver great hospitality. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, schedule deployments, and manage performance.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, and a focus on customer experience. The ideal candidate will supervise 18+ workers, handle budgeting and financial plans, and drive daily excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Find, hire and develop employees and execute training plans.
• Schedule and deploy team effectively and address performance issues.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
