Job summary

Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, manage the team, and drive profitability. You will oversee shifts, ensure customer service excellence, and coordinate with Area Coach on performance and HR matters.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a focus on SOP adherence across all restaurant functions. The position calls for 50+ hour weeks, hands-on supervision, and adherence to food safety and cash handling standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in related position preferred.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have valid State driver’s license and transportation.
• Be able to travel between multiple restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by driving enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed.
• Build Sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Team Members and shift leaders.
• Maintain GER compliance with a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and daily deposits.
• Maintain inventory and equipment in good condition.
• Uphold restaurant cleanliness with regular checklists.
• Submit HR paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Complete schedules by Thursday EOD for Area Coach review.
• Implement corrective actions in coordination with Area Coach and HR.
• Complete weekly administrative duties and submit to Support Center.
• Engage in Local Marketing initiatives and attend meetings.
