Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our Hardee’s locations in West Virginia. You will develop and lead the restaurant team, ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality, and safety while focusing on profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Pass background check and drug screening; valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong conflict-resolution and interpersonal leadership skills.
• Solid organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Able to balance hands-on work with effective delegation.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff per company standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train management and crew; evaluate performance and develop plans.
• Maintain cooperative relationships; provide coaching and discipline.
• Lead meetings on procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards.
• Maintain records and reports per standards and regulations.
• Ensure building and equipment are properly maintained.
• Handle cash procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to HR policies.
• Represent the company with professionalism at all times.
