Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our Hardee's location in Virginia. You will develop, support, and lead the restaurant team to deliver high-quality food, service, and cleanliness while driving profitability.

You will interview and hire staff, schedule and manage labor, train managers and crew, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. This role offers ongoing training and a competitive compensation package with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Good references; able to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Solid organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and handle guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train management and crew using current training system.
• Evaluate performance at designated intervals.
• Develop individualized improvement plans for employees.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties when needed.
• Conduct meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
