Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for Hardee’s in Galax, VA. You will lead the restaurant team, drive guest satisfaction, maintain quality, safety and profitability, and mentor staff through hands-on coaching and training.

You will recruit and schedule qualified personnel, control labor costs, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with management to achieve company standards and growth.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs to standard.
• Train the management team and crew; evaluate performance.
• Maintain inventory and ensure quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Manage cash procedures and reporting; ensure adherence to policies.
