Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a Taco Bell location in Reno, NV. The GM mentors teams, leads operations, and drives profitability while upholding DRG’s values and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, ensure compliance, oversee P&L, and partner with Area Coach and DO to maintain high standards, scheduling, safety, and quality. This role requires 45-hour weeks and flexibility.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older and have at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must pass SERV Safe certification and exam and maintain health card per local rules.
• Position requires ~45 hours per week with flexible nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and clean background/MVR as required.
