Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a Taco Bell restaurant in Carson City, NV. You will mentor your team, drive exceptional customer service, and oversee daily operations to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities include team development, training, P&L management, and ensuring compliance with company policies while upholding DRG culture and values. A strong leader with at least 2 years of restaurant leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Able to read, speak and write in English.
• SERV Safe Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Identify, train and mentor a team to become leaders.

• Manage P&L to maximize profitability and control costs.
