Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is hiring a General Manager for a Taco Bell in Henderson, NV. You will mentor a team, drive operational excellence, and oversee P&L to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional customer experience.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires 2+ years of restaurant leadership, SERV Safe certification, and a HS diploma. You’ll schedule 45 hours per week, maintain health standards, and partner with Area Coach and DO to uphold DRG values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Maintain current health card in adherence with local/state requirements.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation and clear criminal background check with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a high-potential team to become leaders.
• Drive world-class operations with exceptional customer service and quality food.
• Manage P&L to maximize profitability and control costs.
• Make sound leadership decisions and liaise between upper management and staff.
