The GM will implement training, ensure compliance, and uphold DRG values in a fast-paced environment, balancing quality food with strong financial results and a culture of growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership.
• Must read, speak and write English.
• SERV Safe certification required.
• Maintain health card per local/state requirements.
• Average 45-hour work week with nights, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable transportation and clear background check; acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor restaurant team to grow leaders.
• Drive world-class operations and exceptional customer service.
• Manage costs to maximize profitability and safeguard finances.
• Lead with an open-door policy and liaise with upper management.
