Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a energized General Manager for a Taco Bell in Sparks, NV. You will mentor a team, drive world‑class operations, and safeguard profitability while delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience.

Lead staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance with DRG values at the core. Collaborate with Area Coach and Director of Operations to nurture a positive culture, while ensuring service standards and food quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• SERV Safe Certification required; health card in compliance with local/state requirements.
• Average 45-hour work week with nights, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable transportation, clear background check, and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a high-potential team.
• Drive world-class operations and guest experience.
• Maintain strong profitability with cost controls.
• Lead decisions and liaise between upper management and team.
• Conduct ongoing training and development workshops.
