Qualifications

• Experience in food service or restaurant supervision.
• Ability to recruit, train and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members in partnership with District Manager.
• Coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff with District Manager and HR.
• Communicating expectations and performance reviews; implementing policies.
