Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to partner with the District Manager in Dallas to oversee daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead both front- and back-of-house teams with a focus on operational excellence and people leadership.

The ideal candidate has restaurant supervisory experience, a passion for growth, and a commitment to maintaining Wingstop’s flavor-first culture.

Qualifications

3+ years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant settings.
Manager Food Handler Certification is required.
Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Recruit, select, and train team members in partnership with the District Manager.
Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; manage performance.
Set expectations, monitor performance, and handle compensation actions where needed.
Communicate operational and HR issues with the District Manager in a timely manner.
Conduct regular restaurant inspections to uphold standards and safety.
Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
Resolve food prep and service issues to foster happy, returning guests.
Maintain sanitation, safety, and security per health regulations.
Pursue value-added opportunities to meet company goals.
