Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an exceptional General Manager to join our management team in overseeing daily store operations and delivering outstanding customer service. You will partner with the District Manager to lead a front- and back-of-house team, drive performance, and grow the business.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant leadership experience, a passion for guest satisfaction, and a focus on operational excellence, with a flexible schedule including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and nights.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, and schedule team members with the District Manager.
• Coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; manage performance.
• Communicate expectations, monitor performance, and enforce policies.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure standards and safety compliance.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve customer service issues and promote a positive experience.
• Maintain sanitation standards and safety procedures; uphold health regulations.
• Own responsibilities and seek opportunities to add value.
