Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations in partnership with the District Manager. You will drive exceptional customer service, optimize front- and back-of-house performance, and cultivate a high‑performing team focused on growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings restaurant leadership experience, strong people management, and a passion for delivering a flavorful guest experience. Weekend and night shifts required.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.
• PTO/Vacation provided.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and scheduling team members with Area Coach support.
• Coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; communicating expectations and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards and safety.
• Manage inventory and food quality; resolve customer service issues gracefully.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety policies; enforce procedures.
