Job summary

Wingstop seeks an experienced General Manager to partner with the District Manager and lead the daily operations of the store. You will supervise front- and back-of-house, ensure exceptional customer service, and proactively manage the team to deliver strong results.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, a passion for growth, and a focus on maintaining high standards of hygiene and food handling while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, schedule, and develop team members with the District Manager.
• Coach and discipline to improve performance and provide guidance.
• Communicate expectations and monitor performance and compensation actions.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliant operating standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and problem solve with customers in mind.
• Drive excellent customer service and operational results.
