Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations and front-/back-of-house teams. You will drive exceptional customer service and strong operational results in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, a passion for growth, and a commitment to maintaining Wingstop’s flavor-focused guest experience. This is a full-time role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, orient, train, and schedule team members in partnership with Area Coach.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; manage performance with Area Coach and HR.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and enforce policies and procedures.
• Communicate with Area Coach about operational and HR issues.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food prep issues and handle customer service with grace to cultivate loyal customers.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and healthy facility environment following health and safety regulations.
