Wingstop in Spring, Texas is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily store operations and partner with the District Manager to drive exceptional customer service and operational results.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, a passion for growing the business, and will recruit, coach and manage a frontline team while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Flexible scheduling supports evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the District Manager.
• Recruit, train, schedule and manage team members.
• Coach and discipline staff as needed and review performance.
• Ensure policies, safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve customer service issues with professionalism.
• Foster a positive restaurant culture and guest experience.
• Partner with HR on performance management and staffing.
