Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Coach and discipline staff; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Communicate expectations; oversee performance reviews and compensation actions.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesy; foster réspectful teamwork.
