Job summary

Wingstop is seeking excellent full-time General Manager candidates to join our management team. The primary role is to oversee the daily operations of the store, provide exceptional customer service and proactively manage the front- and back-of-house team, in tandem with the District Manager.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, a passion for growing the business, and a track record of delivering outstanding operational results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant.
• Strong customer service focus and hospitality mindset.
• Able to coach, train and develop staff.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, and schedule team members with the District Manager.
• Partner with District Manager and HR to manage performance, coaching, and discipline.
• Communicate job expectations and monitor staff performance; manage compensation actions.
• Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met and maintain sanitation and safety procedures.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records; resolve food preparation issues and customer service concerns with grace.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility by enforcing sanitation and health regulations.
• Own responsibilities and seek opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
