Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant operations.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient and train team members with District Manager.
• Coach and manage staff performance with HR guidance.
• Set job expectations and monitor performance and compensation actions.
• Communicate with District Manager on operations and HR issues.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food prep issues and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary facility compliant with health regulations.
