Job summary

Wingstop in Peachtree City, GA is seeking an experienced General Manager to partner with the District Manager to run daily store operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervision in food service, retail, or restaurant.
• Experience leading a team and delivering strong customer service.
• Food Handler Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, and schedule team members with guidance from the District Manager.
• Collaborate with District Manager and HR to coach and manage performance.
• Set clear job expectations and monitor performance and compensation actions.
• Communicate operational and HR issues promptly with the District Manager.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure standards and compliance.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food preparation issues and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards; enforce health regulations and security.
• Own responsibilities and seek opportunities to add value and grow the business.
