Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a full-time General Manager in Tucker, GA to partner with the District Manager in daily store operations, drive exceptional guest service, and lead front- and back-of-house teams toward strong operational results.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, assign and schedule team members with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel and discipline staff in partnership with District Manager and HR.
• Communicate expectations, monitor performance, and handle compensation actions and policies.
• Communicate with District Manager on operational and HR issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food prep issues and handle customer service with calm, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Maintain safe, clean facilities by following sanitation and safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Own new responsibilities and seek value-added opportunities to grow the business.
