Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an excellent full-time General Manager to join the management team in Atlanta. The GM will oversee daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and partner with the District Manager to drive performance and growth.

The ideal candidate has prior restaurant leadership, a passion for growing the business, and a proven record of leading front- and back-of-house teams to achieve high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervision in food service, retail or restaurant settings.
• Proven ability to lead front- and back-of-house teams to achieve operational goals.
• Strong focus on customer service and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, and schedule team members with guidance from the District Manager.
• Coach performance, provide feedback, and enforce policies and procedures.
• Communicate expectations and monitor staff performance and compensation actions.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards and safety.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve customer issues with grace and professionalism to promote repeat visits.
