BBQ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation, uphold company vision, values, and culture, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

The role leads Team Members, ensures compliance with health and safety standards, manages labor and costs, and partners with Operations Director to develop leadership and ensure consistent service quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Serve Safe or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and uphold the company vision, values and culture.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team members; manage performance and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards and local regulations.
• Forecast, budget, control costs, and monitor inventory and labor to drive profitability.
• Provide leadership and build a positive, guest-focused workplace environment.
