ACGBBQ, LLC. is seeking a talented restaurant manager to lead daily operations and develop a strong hourly team at Sonny's BBQ locations. You will hire, train, and schedule staff, uphold safety and service standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

This role emphasizes leadership and operational excellence. You will drive performance, ensure consistency across shifts, and report results to the Area Director.

Qualifications

• At least two years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in using computers incl. Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and development, scheduling, and evaluating hourly team members.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
• Be the go-to resource for hourly staff and address needs daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to staff for smooth shifts.
• Oversee performance and follow up to meet company standards.
• Respond to immediate store needs.
• Ensure exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
• Execute policies and programs within the store.
• Report information to Area Director with plans of action and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work a 50-hour week with potential for extra hours during peak periods.
