Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations in Scottsdale, AZ. The GM will uphold the company vision, values, and culture while leading staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving profitability.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years in restaurant management, a related degree preferred, and strong leadership and financial acumen. A comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for development are possible.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance required.
• Management Training Program completion required after hire.
• Next Step Management Development program completion required.
• Serve Safe Food and/or Serve Safe Alcohol preferred.
• Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience required.
• Fluent English communication and basic computer skills (MS Office, POS).
• Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manages the workforce in the restaurant including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and evaluating staff.
• Maintains an engaging workplace aligned with Vision, Values, and Culture; ensures guest focus and productivity.
• Oversees all aspects of restaurant operation and drives guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws; coordinates with HR on hiring and discipline.
• Leads food safety and quality standards; forecasts, budgets, and labor scheduling.
