Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic crew, drive strong customer experiences, and uphold the brand’s standards. You’ll recruit, train, and promote top performers while building a culture that is energetic and inclusive.

You’ll manage scheduling, budgets, and profitability, coaching managers on CHAMPS standards, and actively engage with guests to resolve issues, ensuring consistent excellence across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

• Experienced in recognizing and motivating teams, with a successful track record in people development.
• Skilled in recruiting top talent and training both high and under-performing employees.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan, mentoring managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance while fostering inclusion.
• Address and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on CHAMPS standards.
• Lead product rollout meetings and analyze financial performance to maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about competitors and aim to exceed standards including digital presence.
