You will oversee onboarding, training execution, performance recognition, conflict resolution, and customer engagement while driving profitability and embracing our equity and inclusion values.

Leadership in CHAMPS coaching, schedule optimization, and budget management will be essential to exceed competitive standards and implement

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

• Experienced in recognizing and motivating teams, with a successful track record in people development.
• Skilled in recruiting top talent and training both high and under-performing employees.
• Adaptable to change and experienced in supporting change management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads to build a strong team.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance while promoting equity and inclusion.
• Address and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Personally engage with customers and swiftly resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff strategically to optimize service and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability without compromising customer experience.
• Stay informed about competitors and strive to exceed standards in all areas including digital presence and loyalty programs.
