Qualifications

• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Internal promotion from Assistant General Manager position preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; analytical/decision-making.
• Able to sweep, mop, dust shelves, lift and carry trash; place in outside bin.
• Able to clean parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Standing/walking and lifting up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall restaurant operations and customer hospitality.
• Hire, train and develop team; conduct orientation and training plans.
• Schedule staffing and deploy team; address performance issues.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards.
