Taco Bell is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the entire location, set the tone for customer hospitality, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit and develop staff, conduct orientation and training, schedule and deploy the team, address performance issues, manage budgets and financial plans, and foster a positive, high-energy work culture that delivers great food and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong, customer-focused team.
• Find, hire and develop employees, conduct new hire orientation and execute training for new hires.
• Schedule and deploy the Team, address performance issues and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans while driving growth and profitability.
