Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility preferred.
• Basic PC literacy is required.
• Strong preference for internal candidates from Assistant General Manager roles.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check and drug test are required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong business math and accounting skills are needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Able to clean and maintain the restaurant and surroundings.
