Popeyes in Sun City, AZ is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold food quality, guest service, and cleanliness, and drive team performance.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage inventory and costs, ensure health and safety compliance, and grow sales through local marketing while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
