Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience; GM or assistant GM preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Financial acumen including understanding P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations and uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top team members.
• Motivate and coach teams to meet goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and financial performance.
