Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience required, 3–5 years.
• GM or AGM experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of P&L and financial concepts.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the restaurant with focus on food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Motivate and coach staff to achieve goals and deliver guest experience.
• Oversee inventory, food costs, labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through local marketing and operations.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
