Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage P&L alongside a commitment to high standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3-5 years restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Coach managers to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth through local marketing and ops excellence.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks.
