Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as GM or AGM.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

• Financial and business acumen, including P&L understanding.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the restaurant with high food, guest service, and cleanliness standards.
