Job summary

Burger King is hiring a Restaurant General Manager at our Houston area location. You will oversee daily operations for a single restaurant (10-45 employees), drive guest satisfaction, and maximize sales and profitability.

As RGM, you will lead the management team, manage financial controls, operations, people development, and ensure compliance across shifts. Long or irregular hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) to boost guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, people development, and compliance.
• Work long or irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers; interact with stakeholders.
