Job summary

Burger King is hiring a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to oversee the daily operations of a single restaurant with 10-45 staff. The role focuses on delivering guest satisfaction, driving sales, profitability, and employee retention across all shifts.

The RGM will lead the management team, enforce financial controls, and develop staff while coordinating with district management and external partners. Long or irregular hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees).
• Oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance within the restaurant across all shifts.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interacts with restaurant team members, management, DM-s, customers, and outside vendors.
