Job summary

Burger King in Texas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive sales and profitability, and manage a team of 10-45 employees. You will lead the management team, ensure financial controls, and maintain guest satisfaction.

The role requires 1-2 years of restaurant management, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to work long or irregular shifts under district supervision. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Laid out as Restaurant General Manager, oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Lead restaurant management team and supervise shifts across all hours.
• Possess ability to work long and irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Interact with restaurant team members, management, district managers, customers and vendors.
