Responsibilities

• The Restaurant General Manager has overall responsibility for daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, and staff development.
• Manages shifts, including long or irregular hours, to ensure proper restaurant functioning.
• Interacts with restaurant team members, management, district managers, customers, and vendors.
• Directly supervises Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
