Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance within the restaurant.
• Works long or irregular shifts as needed for restaurant functioning.
• Directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers across shifts.
• Interacts with restaurant team members, management, district managers, customers, and vendors.
