Job summary

Burger King franchise is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve sales profitability goals. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a focus on team development across all shifts.

The position involves managing a team, ensuring compliance, and may require long or irregular hours to support restaurant performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability impact.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work to meet deadlines.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single restaurant (10–45 employees).
• Ensure guest satisfaction and drive sales, profitability, and employee retention.
• Lead the restaurant management team; manage financial controls and operations.
• Develop people and ensure guest service and compliance across shifts.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed; report to District Manager.
